Software Upgrade
The Southern Miss Athletic Foundation and Eagle Club is undergoing a donation system upgrade during the week of December 13 – 17. This means that donors will not be able to make online donations during the upgrade, and our Athletic Foundation staff will not be able to process donations by hand. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this upgrade.
What does this upgrade mean?
The new fundraising software platform will allow Southern Miss Athletic Foundation and Eagle Club staff to:
· Enhance customer service and satisfaction
· Streamline the processes for online donations and in-person donations
· Better and more efficiently manage donor accounts
· Provide more efficient and effective service
· Enhance donor stewardship
