How do I find my customer number?
- Your customer number is located in the renewal email you received. If you no longer have the email, you can contact the ticket office at 1-800-844-TICK or by email at ticket.office@usm.edu and they can provide you with your customer number.
How do I retrieve my pin number?
- If you have never activated your account, your PIN number is located in the renewal email you received. If you no longer have the email, you can contact the ticket office at 1-800-844-TICK or by email at ticket.office@usm.edu and they can provide you with your PIN number.
Can payments be made in installments?
- Yes. Fans can pay for ticket renewals in three installments. The first installment is due Saturday, Feb. 28.
I entered my customer number and online PIN and keep getting error: "The entered account number and PIN did not verify. Please enter again." What does this mean?
- Our web site is not recognizing your customer number and PIN. Please call 1-800-844-TICK or email ticket.office@usm.edu and a ticket representative will verify your numbers.
What if I forgot or lost my password?
- Click on the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link and your password will be emailed to you.
I have registered before, but my e-mail address has changed?
- You can use your old email address and password to log in, Click on the "EDIT MY ACCOUNT" link and proceed to enter and confirm your new email address. If you do not remember your old email address and / or password, please call 1-800-844-TICK or email ticket.office@usm.edu and a ticket representative will help you.
My phone number or mailing address has changed from what it shows on my account, how do I correct it?
- While logged in to your account, Click on the "EDIT MY ACCOUNT" link and proceed to enter and confirm your information. If you have issues, please call 1-800-844-TICK or email ticket.office@usm.edu and a ticket representative will help you.
I input my email address or customer number and password but cannot login?
- Please remember that the email and password fields are case sensitive. If you have tried numerous times and still cannot login, please call 1-800-844-TICK or email ticket.office@usm.edu and a ticket representative will help you.
How do I request to move my seats?
- When renewing your season tickets, a Special Request comments box will appear next your seat locations. In that box, type in the type of seat move you would like to make. All seating request moves will be filled by the ticket office based on Eagle Club priority beginning in early March.
How do I order additional season tickets?
- When renewing your season tickets, under Additional Items will be a link for 2015 Football Season tickets. Click on that link, and select the type of seats you would like to purchase and put in your seating preference. All additional seats will be filled by the ticket office based on Eagle Club Priority beginning in early March. If you are unhappy with the seat locations you received, you will have the opportunity to be refunded for those tickets.
What is the payment plan and how do I set it up?
- The payment plan gives you the ability to break up your season ticket order in to 3 separate payments. The first payment will be when you renew your season tickets, with the second payment coming in April and the final payment coming in May. You can set this up by going on your application and there is a drop down box entitled "Select Payment Plan" you can choose "Full Payment" or "3-Installment Payment Plan".

What if I want to move my season tickets to an entirely different location that changes the price of my tickets?
