Southern Miss would like to thank the Jackson-Evers International Airport and Southwest Airlines for their sponsorship of the 2011 "Game Ball Delivery" and "Fiesta El Paso" promotions. Throughout the season six lucky fans won the opportunity to present the game ball at a Southern Miss home game and receive two Southwest Airlines tickets.
Mary Ann Parish and her son, Marshall, were the winners of the "Fiesta El Paso" promotion. They received an all-expense paid trip to the UTEP game, where they cheered the Golden Eagles on to victory.
