New Episode of the Inside Southern Miss Athletics Podcast Debuts

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – A new episode of the Inside Southern Miss Athletics podcast, powered by Learfield, premieres Wednesday, August 3.
The free podcast includes the Voice of the Golden Eagles, John Cox, as he conducts various interviews with former and current Southern Miss student-athletes, Athletic Department personnel and other special guests weekly.
On Inside Southern Miss Athletics this week, Cox and Athletic Director Jeremy McClain talk about the recent Sun Belt Conference media days in New Orleans and the recent Alumni events with head football coach Will Hall. Sun Belt Commissioner Keith Gill talks about the addition of Southern Miss to the league and what he is looking forward to this season, while Golden Eagle wide receiver coach Desmond Lindsey talks about preseason workouts and the upcoming season.
