Beach Volleyball Heads to Rocket City for Fall Exhibition

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Southern Miss beach volleyball continues fall exhibitions in Huntsville, Ala. at the Collegiate Beach Clash Huntsville. The Golden Eagles are joined by Georgia State, LSU, Mercer, South Carolina, Tulane, UAB, Central Arkansas, North Alabama and Chattanooga.
"First and foremost, our thoughts and prayers go out to Morgan Perry and her family," said Golden Eagle head coach Shawn Taylor. "The loss of her mother, Nicole, has been a heavy one. Getting the opportunity to compete will be a welcomed one for Morgan and the rest of us.
We've continued to work hard and build skills that will help us in the spring since the UAB tournament a few weekends ago. With Huntsville as the designated sight of our championship, it will be a great opportunity for us to continue to get familiar with the city and venue."
The Match
