Eagle Walk Route to Remain the Same as Last Season

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - This weekend when Southern Miss hosts Southeastern Louisiana for the season home opener, the Golden Eagle football team will continue its long standing tradition of Eagle Walk. As was started last season, the route for the game day tradition will begin at Bennett Auditorium making its way down East Memorial Drive to College Drive (behind stadium scoreboard), turning left on to Eagle Walk and proceeding under the stadium.

Fans are encouraged to arrive on campus early for a full day of tailgating and fun. The Eagle Walk will take place 2 hours prior to kick-off each home game, while the Junior Eagle Funland will open its gates 3 hours prior for fans.

Kick-off for Saturday's game is set for 6 p.m. Tickets for the game, as well as season tickets, are available by visiting the Ferlise Center Ticket Office, by calling 1-800-844-TICK or visiting SouthernMiss.com
