LADY EAGLE VOLLEYBALL LETTERWINNERS APPRECIATION WEEKEND

The Southern Miss M-Club and Athletic Department have joined together to sponsor a Volleyball Letterwinners Appreciation Weekend during Homecoming Weekend of October 13-15, 2006. Former letterwinners associated with Lady Eagle Volleyball (players, coaches, trainers and managers) are invited to participate in this gala weekend of fun and games.
The Lady Eagle volleyball team will kick off a weekend of Conference USA athletic competition with a match against East Carolina in the Payne Center on Friday night, October 13, 2006, at 7 p.m.
On Saturday, there will be an alumnae volleyball match, followed by tailgating and the annual Homecoming football game against Houston. The tailgating tent will be on the football practice field and will open at 3:30 PM. We also invite you to come to the M-Club Room to meet former athletes from all sports and learn more about the M-Club. After the game, you are invited to Sammy Winder's Former Athletes Party.
You may round out the weekend by attending the volleyball match against Marshall on Sunday at 2:00 PM.
Complimentary tickets will be provided for both volleyball matches and the football game. You may reserve your tickets by contacting Buddy Long by telephone at 601-550-5001 or 601-450-6999, or by email at cecil_long@comcast.net. Reservations must be received by Wednesday, October 11. Sonya Varnell will distribute tickets at the Friday night volleyball match, or on Saturday at the tailgating tent.
