National Anthem Tryouts Set for October 18th

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Southern Miss Athletics will be holding open tryouts for individuals or groups interested in singing the "Star Spangled Banner" at home men's and women's basketball games for the upcoming 2006-07 season.

The tryouts will be held on Wednesday, October 18th, starting at 7:30 p.m., in Reed Green Coliseum. This will be the only opportunity for individuals or groups interested in performing the National Anthem to tryout.
