Southern Miss will face seven teams for the first time in school history in 2005, including UTEP,
The Lady Eagles welcome back 14 letterwinners and eight starters to this year?s squad, which also adds eight incoming freshmen. The team features only three seniors, in Micah Stephens, Katie McClary and Chelsey Brown. Junior Carly Barkley returns a team-high five goals and 12 points, while sophomore Megan Kolts returns two goals and a team-high three assists. Stephens and juniors Sarah Brennan, Kim Turner and Andrea Kerkhoff also return single goals in 2005.
