2024 Southern Miss Football Credential Request Form
NOTE - THIS FORM IS NO LONGER ACTIVE
Thank you for your interest in Southern Miss Athletics and in covering Southern Miss football. All media members, including photographers, wishing to cover a Southern Miss home game during the 2024 season must complete and submit the following request form. The form must be filled out in its entirety for the request to be reviewed.
All requests should be submitted to the Southern Miss Athletic Communications office before 5 p.m. CT on Tuesday of the week of the requested home game. (for example, single game requests for the Saturday, Sept. 7, game against Southeastern Louisiana should be submitted by 5 p.m. CT on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
Each media member requesting a credential must have an active affiliation with a newspaper, magazine, radio station or internet sports show in order to qualify for a credential. Freelance photographers will not be granted credentials. All photographer credentials should be requested through or in affiliation with a media outlet. Any unauthorized use of issued credentials may subject the offender to ejection from the stadium and permanent revocation of any and all future credentials to Southern Miss events. Credentials may be revoked at any time.
Please note that all credentialed media will not be permitted to stand on the game field during play except when making their way to the postgame press conference with four minutes remaining the fourth quarter. Only professional photographers are permitted on the field during play and are required to wear identifying vests. A spot in the press box is available for all credentialed outlets. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in credentials being revoked.
Season credential requests are no longer available. Credentials will not be mailed this year and instead are available for pickup from the Southern Miss Athletic Communications Office during the week from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Credentials not picked up from the office will be available at the M.M. Roberts Stadium Box Office on the southwest side of the stadium. Parking passes will be issued digitally prior to game day.
Please apply for credentials on an individual basis. If requesting for multiple parties, please submit a separate credential request for each person.
