Football Scrimmages Saturday Morning During Practice No. 12

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss football team finished its fourth week of work Saturday morning in the The Rock with a controlled scrimmage.
The Golden Eagles got a chance to hit each other as it also gave first-year coach Will Hall the opportunity to get an evaluation of his personnel in live game action.
The Golden Eagles will have three more practices next week and will conclude spring drills at 9:30 a.m., next Saturday with the Black and Gold Scrimmage, which will take place at The Rock. Admission is free for the event as parking will be open around the stadium that day and concessions will also be available. Fans are asked to sit on the West side of the grandstand.
Southern Miss opens the 2021 season, Saturday, Sept. 4, at South Alabama.
Following today's practice, Hall along with defensive end Dominic Quewon and quarterback Trey Lowe met with the media.
